FROM THE SOUTH-WEST:
A483 Llandovery - towards Builth Wells - at Beulah left onto B4358
towards Newbridge-on-Wye. Go 2 miles – crossroads at bottom
of steep hill – go left signed Capel Rhos – 300yds –
fork left down through farmyard – follow signs to Tyn-yClyn
B&B for 1.5miles.
FROM BUILTH WELLS:
A483 towards Llandovery – at Beulah turn right onto B4358

– fork left down through farmyard – follow signs to
Tyn-y-Clyn B&B for 1.5 miles.
FROM NORTH WALES:
Rhayder towards Builth Wells on A470. At Newbridge-on-Wye turn right
onto B4358 towards Beulah. Pass through Llanafan Fawr, through traffic
lights, up hill then down long steep hill. Immediately after sharp
downhill bends turn right at crossroads signed Capel Rhos - 300
yds fork left down through farmyard – follow signs to Tyn-y-Clyn
B&B for 1.5 miles.

ATTRACTIONS
The farm is situated near the market town of Builth
Wells (www.builth.com)
- which hosts the famous Royal Welsh Show (www.rwas.co.uk)
every July. Throughout the year the show ground hosts a comprehensive
range of events such as the twice yearly sale of Welsh cobs and
ponies, Antique Fairs, Dog Shows and in the Autumn the famous Red
Dragon Endurance Ride where horses and riders cover distances of

Another neighbour is Llanwrtyd Wells which is
the smallest town in Britain and is famous for its many unusual
activities such as the Man Versus Horse Race and Bog Snorkelling

The Brecon Beacons National Park is a 45 minute
car drive away, the Welsh coast is just over an hour away and the
market town of Rhayader and the Elan Valley with its spectacular
