ACCOMMODATION

Tyn-y-Clyn is a traditional Welsh farmhouse surrounded by fifty-five acres of pasture and woodland, by the bubbling Nant Bran stream with panoramic views across rolling farmland and open hills. Our oak woodlands, carpeted with bluebells in the Spring, running down to the Dulas river, which is experiencing a recovery as a natural habitat for otters and salmon which are increasingly seen in the area, are within a site of special scientific interest and contain a wealth of plant and animal life - all waiting to be explored on foot or horseback.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation is provided in our four comfortably appointed ensuite bedrooms comprising three double rooms and one twin room. Each has tea and coffee facilities and pleasant outlooks over farmland to the hills beyond. The guest lounge and dining area are within the longhouse with its vaulted beamed ceiling and provide a comfortable relaxing environment. Unfortunately we cannot offer television – but have facility to play DVDs should you wish to bring any with you. A good selection of books and magazines is available.

We offer a traditional cooked breakfast - and evening meal by arrangement – using locally sourced produce where possible. Packed lunches also available.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but contact us in advance as we are unable to allow them in the house – they will need to sleep in your vehicle or a stable. We have our own horses, dogs, cats and free-range hens and we are in sheep country!
