WELCOME TO TYN-Y-CLYN

|
Alan and Judith welcome
you to their secluded farm set in the foothills of the majestic,
unspoilt Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales.
Tyn-y-Clyn is a fifty-five acre hill
farm, nestling in an elevated but sheltered position with
stunning far reaching views over the surrounding Breconshire
countryside.
We invite you to stay in our traditional
old stone farmhouse and adjoining longhouse – which
have been extensively refurbished whilst retaining many original
features.
|
We are in an ideal situation to enable
you to explore the history of the unspoilt Powys countryside with
its Celtic myths and legends, ruined castles, Bronze Age cairns,
Celtic standing stones and the old Spa towns of Llandrindod Wells,
Builth Wells, Llangammarch Wells and Llanwrtydd Wells.
Tyn-y-Clyn is situated in a wonderful
area for horse riding, walking, mountain biking, nature watching,
fishing and sight-seeing with numerous golf courses and leisure
facilities available in the surrounding market towns.
Follow the ancient drovers routes
over the stunning Cambrian Mountains to the beautiful Welsh
coast and the Elan Valley with its spectacular reservoirs.
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is
available in our comfortable ensuite bedrooms and should you
wish to bring your horse on holiday we can offer excellent
stabling and grazing – your horse or pony will enjoy
their stay with us as much as you will!
